Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Remaining credits for the current billing period will remain available until the period ends. No partial refunds for unused time.

Credit Packs

One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Fraud Prevention

Charges flagged by our fraud detection system may be automatically refunded. In such cases, associated credits will be revoked.
